Equestrian Center

Equestrian at Houghtonย began more than 30 years ago, with seven horses and a small student-built outdoor arena. Today, students from across the country come to train and study with our Certified Horsemanship Association (CHA) instructors at one of Best Value Schoolsโ€™ โ€œ20 Most Amazing College Equestrian Centers.โ€ As this nationally-recognized program expands and grows in its impact on the regional economy, come alongside Houghton University to construct a larger, indoor riding arena and enhance the equestrian experience for our students and community.
