Nancy is the Associate Director of Human Resources at Houghton University. Her responsibilities include all Human Resources functions as well as direct supervision of the payroll department. Nancy has worked at Houghton since 2000, initially in the Accounting and Payroll Departments.  She completed her bachelor’s degree through Houghton University’s Adult Education Program during this time.  She has worked in the HR department since 2012.  She has also completed the Master Certificate in Human Resources through Cornell University.
